Choose life.

I think there comes a time in most people's lives when they realise what they want.
Or rather, what they need.
When it hits you that it's not the right relationship, that you don't like the drugs (even if they like you), that the late nights aren't worth the late mornings, that the spontaneity isn't as great as the stability.
Maybe you realise it several times over, maybe it hits you like a tonne of bricks, maybe it slowly sinks in.
When you know that the strobes and the dancing and the drinking aren't how you want it to be forever.
When you figure out the sick feeling in your stomach after being with them isn't normal.
When you realise you're in too deep and if you don't start swimming now, you'll be pulled to the bottom.
And when you've finally thrashed your way out, and you're lying there gasping for air, you can't figure out why everyone else just keeps sinking.

You're a rabbit drowning on drugs and alcohol?

Don't tell me you've got there already? How old are you again?
